Sublimation
If your artwork is a photo, has many colours and the material to be decorated is Polyester, SUBLIMATION is the preferred method. Good quality dyes are used to give vibrant colour prints. Dye is heated to turn it into a gas, which then diffuses onto the garment. After cooling, it again solidifies by getting into the pores of the product and thus produces a permanent coloured finish, which will be fade resistant. This method will create custom decorated items, which will outlast the garment.
Sublimation is used to create sportswear like footy uniforms, cycling gear, netball teamwear,etc. Also other promotional products like pens, stubby holders, coffee mugs, mousepads can be sublimated
